Problem with ML310 G5 Raid-1 with the embedded SATA RAID , w2k3

Hello.

I have problem with configure RAID-1 and ML310 G5, system is W2K3., 2x500 GB

 

First time-> enable ebedded sata raid in bios -> create raid-1[with f8 bios option]-> downalod storage controller driver from site ->copy driver to usb floppy-> boot w2k3->press f6 option->load driver->  windows installer give me information, that no disk found

 

Second time-> disable ebedded sata raid in bios ->install w2k3 in first disk-.>manual install embedded RAID controller -> next enable ebedded sata raid in bios->create raid-1[with f8 bios option] -> and when the w2k3 is start loading I have restart.

 

Please help me , I have read this before installing
