Problem with ProLiant ML350 G4

hello, i need yours advice in contest my server HP ProLiant ML350 G4, from about 3 weeks i've got information about problems with Power On Self-Test (POST) errors occured during startup. I'm trying to fing reason of this error, i've echganged power supply in this server and radiator on processor from other backup parts as i have, but still i've got this message. Then 3 day a go i've got informattion: "Memory module #1 has exceeded its threshold of correctable errors. Subsequent correctable memory errors will continue to be corrected". when i check Integrated console logs i've see information as i attached. I've exchange this memory but still i've get this information, so maybe someone can give me some ideas, what it can be more? Thanks in advance.

if its possible to get the server offline,

- yes i know about you are talking, if the server is in production no downtime is aproved, lot of manager are waiting for unexpected shutdown or crash, but if you have some window for downtime, use the smartstart offline diagnostic.
