Problem with Raid Array 4100
Hello, I have a problem with a Raid Array 4100 the server; The equipment does not visualize the discs, the led in the switche is in amber and change has been done of gbic, controller and cable of fiber, and the error continius.

Does the array configuration utility see the SA controller in the RA4100? What is the connectivity between the server and the storage (hub or straight fiber connection)? Is this a new configuration or have you had the storage configured the same way for a while?

Hello,
The equipment visualizes the controller, but it is not possible to
access to the discs of the same one. It is a configuration that already existed,
the fault originated when three of the discs of the arrangement alarmed.
On having done the change of the discs one presented the fault; the equipment
this one in cluster with other one of equal characteristics the Storage is handled by a proliant 8500.
