Problem with Smart Array P400 in DL385 G2
Hi
I just received my new DL385G2 with a smart array P400 controller.
When I boot it up the smart array is not working
"
1783-slot 1 array controller is in a lock-up state due to a hardware configuration failure. (controller is disabled until this problem is resolved).
no the box comes with 2 Infiniband cards, which I have removed and tested but still the same problem.
A quick google hasn't highlighted anything useful.
Any thoughts

Hi Alex,
Re-seat the cache module on the controller. see if it helps.

Worked a charm, took the card out and removed the cache module and then re seated it
