Problem with hp dl380 g8 and windows server install

hi 


I got a hp dl380 g8 server(with xenserver on midle )and i try ti install windows server 2012 R2 in a virtual machine .
On windows startup load screen i get this error "Failed BIOS Lock This instalation media may used only on hardware manufactured by : Hewlett packard  Please contact your hardware manufacturer for support "
Were is the problem...?
