Problem with web agents

Hi,
i cannot access to web based management on port 2301 or 2381(SSL). All agents services are OK. Ping to the remote machine are also OK but in IE appears error that page cannot be displayed. Only IIS services have been removed. But on another model (ML350, 370) works it fine. I used the latest SmartStart 5.40.

Please try by uninstalling and then reinstalling the Agents. If you require further assistance please contact our Tech Support at 1-800-OK-COMPAQ.
