Problema a instalar Windows Server 2012 Essentials (HP Proliant ML310e Gen8 v2)

Good afternoon,

 
I have a problem installing Windows Server 2012 on an HP Proliant Essentials ML310e Gen8 v2 server.
 
When the selection frame appears to choose the drive to install the OS is not me no drive detected.
 
I think that is a problem in the Raid controllers or something but can not find the proper drivers.
 
Can you give me a hand, please?

You need the driver for the B120i controller
