Problems installing HP Net Config Util 8.10

I am trying to install HP Net Config utility 8.10 over the previous version but it fails. The message says check the logs so I check and it gives me basicly the same thing update failed with no reasoning. Does any know if there are any prequesites for this update? Thanks.

NIC card Model ?
O/S
NIC driver Up to Date ?
8.10 is Server or NIC listed ?
