Problems to update the latest firmware 5312 in a DL368G3

Hi,
we have a problem to update the firmware of a smartarray 5312 in a dl380g3 server through the SmartStart Maintenance (ROM Update Utility). We have downloaded the latest (3.40 B date 2 Oct 03) Offline ROM Flash CP004048.scexe an copied it on a Floppydisk. After Server reboot with the SmartStart CD (v6.40), I can't see the 5312 controller, only the internal 5i. I can read the flashfile under the tab "Supplemental Disk" - that´s OK. Also, I have select custom with all options, but the controller ist not visible.
Have anyone a idea?
Is it possible to download a online version of 3.40B? I find only the online ROMPaq version 3.56A within a firmware version 2.38 date 28 Feb 03 (<- very strange :-( ).
