Problems with LED CR1 on DL360 G1

I have a DL360G1 and have recently reinstalled the O/S (W2k). I had a spare SCSI card in it and a Remote Insight Board. I decided to remote the SCSI card, but when I put the server back together it would not power on. The power light is amber, the power supply fans are spinning and there is an amber light on the motherboard next to the 16 pin connector for the RIB. This light is labelled as CR1. I have tried numerous times to reseat the riser but I still have this problem. Can anybody offer some advice?

Hi there. Have the same problem; after trying to install a RiLOE board the server does not power on anymore. UID light switch works, tried already to replace HDD, RAM and power supply, which did not help.

Please advice how to get rid of this issue if anything is available.
