Problems with NIC 3134

I can not install an NIC 3134 using W2K Server english Version.

OS says, there are no recources.

What i did.
RIB Board - Slot 6
Array 5302/32 SLOT 4

NIC 3134 in all other Slots.

Manually Assigning Resources in ROM Setup did not change anything.

Onboard Nix works well.
Onboard SCSI Controllers and USB Controller are disabled.
Still no resources.

Any Ideas???

Have u tried clearing the NVRAM ?
Boot to F10 patition, CTRL+A for adavanced mode and then clear the NVRAM
Reboot and return to F10 to terminate setup

Or else are you running multiprocessor ? Check APIC mode in bios
Could cause ressource problem
( if running multiprocessor , choose Full Table APIC mode )
