Problems with Rack Information agent on BL20p

Hi,

I've got a load of BL20ps. They're running a mixture of PSP 7.00 and PSP 7.10. Can anyone tell me why Rack Information needs to be removed from the Active Agents on these servers? If I leave it in the Active Agents (default setting), the Insight Server Agents service crashes. Only by removing it can I fix this.

If it's not meant to be in the Active Agents, is there any way to remove it by default before installing an updated PSP?
