Problems with Smart Array P440 firmware v6.06

Hello, I have a Proliant ml110 G9 server to which I did a firmware update of the Smart Array P440 to v6.60.
As a result, I get an error: The Smart Array P440 cache in slot 3 has been disabled because the restore operation failed.
If you could help me in how to go back to some previous version that corrects this problem or some other solitaire.
