Problems with configuring SCSI on ML330-D03/F03

I have an old Compaq server (as indicated in topic) and i want to configure SCSI Drives and Raid on it. The problem is, that i cannot enter to any configuration of the controller. It is some kind of integrated PCI Compaq controller. The main chipset of SCSI is LSI LSA0563 and the graphic controller is ATI 3D RageXL. Please tell me where i can find any documentation and how can i setup the RAID.

after all hard drives have been installed and connected Press F8 to run the ATA RAID configuration utility, you will able to see the drives and configure the Array!

Forgot to tell you, press F8 during Post...sorry!

yousure you have a RAID controller? If the controller is present and channels are on, you should see the BIOS load to scan for devices and a prompt at the bottom of the screen to hit the F* to configure.
