Solutionhave you tried another HDD so i see too much timeouts oh that information
I could say the controller is having problems
just to be sure again
do have install the Array Diagnostic Utility?
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/26995.html
this will create a report about the HDD and controller you will see what's happening
like I told you if you warranty, you can send this report to hp they will tell you what you have to do
i don't know if you can pay if you are out-warranty
another tool hat will help is the HP insights diagnostic which comes with the System management home page so you're telling you having, use Diagnosis Tab and Integrated Management Log to see the errors
regards
see the attached files

Re: Problems with hdd on DL380 G3
For test i do one thing
I have to Raids - one is Mirror 36Gb
and second Mirror - 4 hdds
so when i try to copy from second to first Raid i got error :(
So i make one big Raid 5 with 1 disk spare...
and tried to filling it.. all space.. and it's working ok
Probably it coherently with quantity of memory in the controller
