Processor at 100% with sysdown

I have noticed that the sysdown.exe process is keeping one of the four Xeon-700MHz processors at 100% at all times but it jumps from processor to processor. Is this normal? And if not what should I do about it?

Try upgrading the System ROM ....

Systems ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade Diskette for Compaq ML570

Reinstall the System Management component ( CPQCSM.SYS , CPQSS.SYS ,CPQASM.SYS )
