Proliant Ml350 g6
has 2 quad core processors... Xenon 5672 @ 3.20 GHz
but in windows device mgr there are 16 processors listed ! why is that ?
glad I was able to purchase SQl server usingthe per processor model atthat time !!!!

So unDER this condition..If I whereto be grooming this server FOR Microsoft SQl 2012 I would have had to buy 16 core licenses ? @ 1800.00 per core = $28,800.00 WHEW !!!!!
