Profile Diskette keeps getting corrupted

I've had to erase and rebuild my server a couple times and if I try to reuse the Profile Diskette, Smart Start most times (but not always) completely and irrecoverably destroys it. If I recreate the disk image using SP6036, I'm usually better off, but I'm running out of disks and it's really annoying.

Are you using the same version of Smartstart? I haven't seen this one at all.

Used 4.60 for the most part, but just jumped to 4.90
