Proiant ML110 G3

Hi I have Proliant ML110 G3 server
We install Windows server 2003, but two days later stopped working
I inside on the side of the motherboard light is red led
And the team no part, we leave with the minimum hardware configuration
But still not part or start
The LED labeled this CR7 (A system error has occurred)
What can this
