Proliant 1600 VRM Question

Hi,

I currently have a ProLiant 1600 with a 450Mhz proc and a factory installed VRM. I have another 450 Mhz proc of the same stepping lying around that I would like to install.

Does anyone know if a non-compaq VRM with the following specs would work in this system:

VXI 073-20715-02
VRM 8.1 Spec
5V DC (Vin)
1.8 - 3.5V DC (Vout)
14.0 A (Iout)
