Proliant 1600 Windows 2003 and RTC

I have Windows 2003 running as the root DC of a forest on a Proliant 1600R dual PII 450. Everything is fine except the RTC is resetting itself to random dates/times.

I have just patched the bios to the latest revision.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
