Proliant 160G5 bsod after firmware upgrade

Installed latest firmware upgrade 2010.10.25 (A)
8 дек 2010 marked as "Critical - HP requires users update to this version immediately".

After that server began to fall into blue screen "Hardware malfunction. Contact your system vendor" 1-2 times per day. WTF ?

Firmware 9.2 took out two server boards and four HBAs. You might need to replace the server board.

Re: Proliant 160G5 bsod after firmware upgrade

1) Did you update the driver also?
2) Did you find out what was causing the BSOD? if not use the windows debugger to find out. Here is an example: c:\windbg -y srv*c:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols -i c:\windows\i386 -z c:\windows\minidump\minidump.dmp (or location of your DMP file).

The !analyze -show command displays the Stop error code and its parameters. The Stop error code is also known as the bug check code.
The !analyze -v command displays verbose output.

1. Yes, I've updated all drivers
2. I checked IPMI log - there are some events with memory errors (see attach.). But I checked memory with MS Memory Diagnostics Tool - everything is OK.
