Proliant 3000 Netware 6 CPQARRAY abend

This morning I came in to a server with this abend. unfortunately there is no abend in the abend.log.

This is Netware 6.0 SP4 on a Proliant 3000 333Mhz 512Mb RAM, Smart 2DH Array controller.

We recently upgraded the server to SP4 (about 2 weeks ago). Every was going well, then we got the abend. The server came back up with no problems, but we were just wondering if there is an updated driver for the Smart 2DH array controller card. I can only seem to find an updated driver for Netware 5 for the Proliant 3000.

There does not seem to be any driver updates for that controller card for netware 6 or 6.5.

Does anyone know if there are any driver updates for the controller card for Netware 6 or 6.5?

Here is the abend, does anyone have any ideas about this? Like i said there was no abend for this in the abend.log

Thank you

Those are the first places where I looked. There does not seem to be any drivers listed for any array controller cards (only for the scsi controllers).

Here is the one that I found for NW5

Travis:

The corresponding item for NW6 (actually both the NW5.1 and NW6.x items are embedded there) is bundled in the PSP v7.0 at:

Re: Proliant 3000 Netware 6 CPQARRAY abend

I have looked at that many many times and didnt see the "Hewlett-Packard Company Disk Array Controller Host Adapter Module for NetWare v6.x" unitl just now!

I have been only seeing this

"Compaq Disk Array Controller Host Adapter Module for NetWare v5.1"

Ill give it a try and see what happens.

Sorry for the blindness

Thanks again!

OK so I got the drivers installed and all seems to be working fine. When we tried to load the snmpagents CPQEAGLE failed. What is cpqeagle?

Thanks

OK after looking at it again, I found that it wasent CPQEAGLE, it was CQEAGLE.

I havent found what it does and as to why it faile to start with the Proliant 3000 with NW6 SP4.

Thanks

Travis:

This is not exactly your problem, but it may provide food for thought, if nothing else:
