Proliant 3000 Power Supply

I have a proliant 3000. When I try to turn the server on the power supply LED turns amber for 1 flash then blinks green 10 times. It repeats over and over. I am unable to find any info on this problem. Thank you in advance for any help.

The flashing alternating Green/Amber Led in Proliant 3000 may appear when Interlock is open or disfunction.

I too have this problem with a proliant 3000 6/300Mhz. I have redundent PSU's and both flash green 10 times followed by amber 1 time. I can also hear a ticking noise while the power switch is depressed and the PSU's are doing their blinky thing. As I cannot find any documentation on these PSU's for error codes or any documentation for 300Mhz model of proliant 3000 and have no clue as to what the problem is.

Does anybody know if I can simply short to 2 wires coming from both the case switches? Has anybody tried to by-pass this interlock thing?
