Proliant 3000 Raid Array

My Proliant 3000 Server has 4 18G drive in a raid. The machine has space for 6 more drives. I have two partitions, c and d. The c continually becomes full. Can I build another array on this machine with four new drives, build new partitions, tranfer my data, and decomission the old array?
