Proliant 3000 Smart Start

The smart start profile diskette that I have is bad. How do I go about making another one?

Right select in a blank formatted floppy within explorer, create a new text document with a name of spd.ini.

You can also download a utility to create this floppy from:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/7453.html
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
