Proliant 3000 powers up, no boot.

I was wondering if anyone has seen this. I have a Proliant 3000. When I press the power button to turn the server on, the fans will come on and all lights will turn on but the monitor never turns on and there are no beeps. I've tried switching out the motherboard, CPU, played with the RAM and that doesn't seem to work. I do notice that the power supply does have a yellow light in the back, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be lit to indicate not to remove the power supply. Perhaps it could mean that something is wrong with the power supply itself. Any help would be appreciated.

Was it the problem of power supply??

u have a dip switch that turns on and off the onboard video have u tried it, located by the processor 2 by the corner of the board.
