Proliant 3000

I have two Proliant 3000s, running Netware 5.1. We just updated to SP6e and have found out that both of them drop TCP/IP after running for a while. IPX stays working, and there are no error messages, nor any abends.
One has a E100 and the other has a CPQNF3 NIC card.

Any ideas?
