Proliant 330 g6 and APC UPS

Proliant 330 g6 and APC UPS

I have tried two APC NS 1250 UPS units. they both work fine as long as the server is not plugged into them. When I plug ONLY the server into either of them and then remove the power source the server goes down. any idesa?

hopefully you connect the server only to one UPS ????
