Proliant 5500 Event Notifier Utility

Hi
On Proliant 5500 I want to Configure Event Notification. I have tried to Run Compaq Mangement agent cd 5.50 version but it does not seem to install the event notifier utility. Please help me guide How i can i install this utility and config the event notfication through SNMP.
