Just let the battery charge for atleast 24 hours and it should be alright.

Per the users guide, it may take up to 36 power-on hours to recharge the accelerator batteries.
If the batteries are NOT recharged within that time frame the accelerator or controller need to be replaced.

Unfortunately, Array Accelerator Module board is NOT spared separately, replacing the whole controller is needed.
