Proliant 5500R smartstart error code 13

Hello,

i have a proliant 5500r server here with a smartarray 3200 controller. Now when i put the smartstart 5.50 cd in. Smartstart gives me a error code 13, cannot find win.com
Whatever i try i can't load smartstart.
I changed the cdrom player, and still no go.
I downloaded a new iso and burned it, still no go.
Also when i remove the smartarray 3200, smartstart still won't boot.

Specs:
proliant 5500r
3x400mhz
2gb ram
1x9.1gb

Anyone has an idea?

remove like 1.5 gb or more of the ram till after the os is installed... get it down to like 256 or 512 and try it...

Are you sure this is due to smartstart cd ?
yes/no

Try clearing the NVRAM of the server then check.
That is on Peripheral Board Switches :
SW6 make it on then power on the server. wait then make it off then power on the server and bot through cd.

possible to check with the new cd
