Proliant 6400r Upgrade to Win Server 2003 Only One Error Left!

Hello , I just upgraded from 2000 ADV server and I am getting this error: The Compaq Network MAnagement Protocol Driver service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot open the file
the event id is 7000 the source is Service Control Manager
that is contained in the attached jpg (screenshot)
This error occurs before login and will not let me log in with VNC until a phisical CTRL+ALT+DEL is pressed on the local machine and the logon is established

Chris,

Did you apply the PSP for windows 2003 after your upgrade. If you havenâ t, thatâ s the first thing I would recommend. If you have already installed the PSP, uninstall the Network Configuration (teaming) utility, this can be done from the network properties; uninstall your NIC driver, and the reinstall the latest from HPâ s site. This error could be generated by the NIC agent also; try disabling the nic agent from service and see if the error stops, if it does, uninstall your management from add/remove program and rerun the PSP.
