Proliant 6500 Machine Check Exception

I have a quad Xeon 550 (1MB Cache) with 2GB RAM running Red Hat Linux 9. The machine had been running for several months without problems but recently it started failing. It was on a KVM and when it failed the KVM would not switch computers and you could not see the screen. I moved it to a dedicated keyboard/mouse/monitor after pulling it apart, blowing out any dust with compressed air and checking all RAM was seated.
Last night I noticed it died again but this time I could see the error:
CPU3: Machine Check Exception 0000000000000004
Bank 0: b612600002000800 at 000000005382e220
Kernel Panic: CPU Context Corrupt

Is this telling me I have bad RAM or a problem with one of the 4 CPUs?
