Proliant 7000 auto shutdown

Dear all
My Proliant 7000 install WIndows 2000 Advanced Server with service pack4.
I use the lastest cp003714 driver for Proliant 7000.
My system will auto shutdown when Win2000 started.
Driver's BUG???
How can I do?
