Proliant 800 6/350 CPU Upgrade

Can I change the 2 x 350mHZ PII CPU's for PIII 500mHZ in this box? Is it upgradeable?

Well my first guess was/is NO you cannot upgrade from a PII system to a PIII without swapping the board. However, I did some digging and ran across a old ITRC post that is right up your alley.
