Proliant 800 - Windows server 2000 doesn't see dual CPU

Greetings...
I have a Proliant 800 that when I boot I see that both processors are initialized:

>processor 1 initialized
>processor 2 initialized

Also when I look into the advanced setting with the Compaq Start Smart CD ver 5.0 I also see both CPU's.

However when Windows 2000 server is loaded with all updates/service pack 4 I do not see both CPU's
(I am trying to view the CPU's using task manager)

Any Ideas of a solution?
