I am seeing some I/O fan error, yet all the fans are running at full speed. So if I reboot it (with no keyboard attached) it will hang at the press F1 prompt!
OTOH, if I can somehow disable the fan speed "tests" it would help as well....
Any thoughts will be appreciated!

Are you getting a 1611: Fan failure error?
Update the BIOS for this server.

4.14a I believe. This is a proliant 800 P2-450 machine.
Would network server mode help me at all in this?
