Proliant Backup System
Hello,
I am interested in upgrading one of our servers to the Proliant ML350 G3 Model. We currently use the HP Netserver LH3 Model. Currently on the Netserver LH3 we are using the HP Surestore DLT40 for our backups. My question is what would be the best backup system for me to buy for the Proliant server which is fast and also cost effective. An HP representative told me that a DLT CS 80 would be best. We back up about 30-40 gigz in a day. Also is there any other backup system that we could use besides a tape backup that is fast and cost effective and would it be compatible with the Proliant server.
Thanks for your help
Vivek
