Proliant DL 140 Front Panel LED Server Status light on

I have a several new DL 140 servers and the Server Status LED on the front panel of the server is on (red.) I need to find out how to troubleshoot this problem. The Maintenance and Service Guide lists the possible problems but doesn't say how to find out specific information. The servers are functional. How do I find out what the problem is?

Don:

Best thing to do is to open the top cover and look for LED's on the Mainboard or other components to find the trouble. There should be a corresponding LED that will be amber / red on the inside.
