Proliant DL 360 G3 issue installing Windows Server 2003 Standard

We have 3 of these, brand new, and they all do the same thing. Using Smartstart 6.20, configure the OS raid, all diags come back clean. Launch "Update", choose the Windows 2003 Server Standard for the OS, it prompts for the OS disk, and the install looks like it is going fine, however, when it reboots and goes to finish the installation, we get the following blue screen error "File \$WIN_NT$. ~BT\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. Error code is 7. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit.

Press a key, and it just repeats over and over. All three DL360's are doing this. An ML370 that we fired up right next to it with the same disks works fine! Anyone seen this before??

Thank you for the info, Zigor! We tried just about everything, all the matrices show that SmartStart 6.20 is good with the DL360's but then you read this Q&A and find that it isn't! Long story short, our supplier is sending us 6.30 and we'll try again!

Thanks for the help!!
