You have to install all the device drivers, and chipset driver.
I always advice to start Windows OS installation by first booting the server with Smart Start CD

Else install the drivers manually.

If not, reply with the device instance ID shown for the Base System Device, and I'll check. The device instance ID can be found under the Properties -> Details tab of the Base System Device.
