Proliant DL 380 G2 Problem

In the evertviewer i have this error:

"The device, \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm1, did not respond within the timeout period.

May you help me pls

This error is coming from the array controller (likely 5i).

The first thing I would recommend in this case is to make sure the latest driver is installed. It's also possible there is a problem with either the cabling or backplane.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

I have seen this error before and the culprit is the scsi hdd, you may want to check out the hdd itself.
