Proliant DL 380 G4 and MSA 30
When tech changed motherboard, he inadvertly plugged the SCSI wrong. Now my MSA 30 has lost all logical drive information.
Any way of getting it back. It's a Smart Array 6400 controller

Re: Proliant DL 380 G4 and MSA 30
Where did the cable get plugged back into after the system board replacement? Did it get plugged into the 6i controller? Generally, you should not have a problem moving the cable back onto the 6400 if that is the problem.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Re: Proliant DL 380 G4 and MSA 30
Yes it was plugged back in the 6i, but have contacted HP and after sending them a few reports, they have asked me to do the following updates:
Storage Service Release to 6.90
HP Version Control Agent for Windows to 2.1.5.760
HP Insight Management Agents for Windows Server 2003 to 8.15..0.0
downloading files and will test and let eveyone know what happens.
