Proliant DL 580 G5 flashing orange light

Hi

Have been looking for ages what the flashing orange light means on my DL580 G5, its the 2nd LED in and looks like a flash of lightning, its next to the flash of lightning with a box round it.

It has been like this over the weekend, and have had issues with it disconnecting in a VMWARE environment, is this serious with it flashing constantly???
