We are running a server with windows 2000 sp4 and sql enterprise server 2000 sp3 and the server crashes from time to time with the following errormessage:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x36798b3f, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xbf9229f9). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.
Attached you will find the config of the server.
CPQ Teaming is already disabled

Try to backreving the support pack to 6.20. I mean the COMPAQ/HP support pack. Here is the link:

Hello Czar,
I have seen some issues with Support Pack 6.40 therefore, I would suggest backreving to 6.20.

is there something I have to know, when I downgrade to 6.2 or just running the setup programm and all drivers will be downgraded ?
