Proliant DL140 G2 & PNY Verto GeForce FX 5500 PCI graphics card

Has anyone managed to get a PNY PCI graphics card to work in a Proliant DL140 G2 server. When the system tried to boot it goes right to the end of the POST, beeps twice and then hangs.

This is usually an interrupt problem. Have you tried differing PCI slots? Tried removing the requirement for an interrupt from the card?
