Proliant DL145 G2 Light-Out 1.21 HTTP/Telnet hangups

After installing new iLO software (1.21) I've found that TCP/IP connections are very unrealiable: timeouts and occasionally resets occur. Here is tcpdump excempt (.1 is accessing machine, .192 is iLO interface):

Which exact iLO s/w?
If you are keen to win, you should be willing to lose.

Source OS = FreeBSD (various, from 4.11 to 6.0)
iLO - last, version 1.21. Version 1.0 does not reset HTTP sessions, but lacks much of features.
