Proliant DL160 G5 - BitLocker

Has anyone out there managed to get working BitLocker on a DL160 G5 running MS Windows 2K8 Server using the USB Startup key option?

I'm trying the same but the 'USB Startup Key' is not being recognized on boot and therefore BitLocker will not enable.
