Re: Proliant DL160 G6 - orange light on facade
Support page for DL160G6 is at:
http://h20565.www2.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/psi/home/?sp4ts.oid=3884343
According to the Server Maintenance and Service Guide, the left most of the 4 LEDs is the System Health LED. Green is healthy, red is crtitical error and amber is non-critical error. It does not give a description for flashing amber. You will need to perform some diagnostics on the system. Look for any error messages during post, and if the system will run for 5 minutes before shutting down, connect to iLO and look at the logs.
